 Finding Products/Searching Tips   (top)

Know exactly what you want? Or perhaps just looking for a moisturizer?
Finding products is easy with Bindi's comprehensive search. Just use the comprehensive Search box located at the top right corner of any page. You can enter the product number if you have it or just enter a search word. Then simply browse the results for your search criteria.

For a more specific search click on the search link on the left of the Search box. Here you can select the category you want to search and match it with any or all words.Click here to search for products now.

If you order same products every time or do not want to look for products simply add the products to your Wishlist and you can access them whenever you log in. You do not have to search for them every time.

 Product Availability and Out of Stock Items   (top)

Sometimes a product may be out of stock. We replenish our stock weekly or daily depending on the availability. The best way to keep track of which products are in stock is by adding them to you Wishlist. You can then go to your Wishlist and check the status. At this time. we do not have a back order system.

 Finding product information and ingredients   (top)

Once you have found your product you can view the details about it on the details page. Simply click on the product image or name for the product details page.

For ingredients, click on the ingredients link on the product details page.

 Your Ayurvedic Skin Type Analysis   (top)

We strongly recommend that you buy products made for your specific skin/body type. You can be a Vata, Pitta, or Kapha. If you are a combination of one or more elements you fall under the Basic category. Bindi has a comprehensive skin/body type analysis system that will tell you your skin/body type once you have answered all the questions. You are then on your way for a life changing experience.

You can order very easily using 

Step 1: Adding products to your cart
  • If you are a wholesaler, please log in before performing any of the steps.
  • Click on the "Add to Cart" link to place items in your shopping cart. You can enter the quantity in the quantity box if you are buying more than one of a particular item.
  • To remove a particular item simply click on the trash bin image next to that item. You can empty you entire cart by clicking the "Empty Cart" link.
  • To change the quantity of a particular item, click on the product name or quantity links.

Step 2: Proceeding to checkout 
  • Once you are done adding products to your shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" link to pay for the items.
  • If you are a returning customer you must enter your email address and password to log in. If you do not remember your password click here. If you are a first time customer simply enter your details and an account will be created for you.
  • If your delivery address is the same as your billing address you are not required to reenter it.
  • Select the type of shipping you want based on how fast you want the products delivered to you.

Step 3: Enter payment information 
  • Check all items in your cart and the grand total. You will not be able to make any changes once you have confirmed your order.
  • Enter any comments you have about order or special requests. If you want the package to be left at your door without signing for it, type "No Signature Required" in the comment box.
  • Finally, enter your credit card information and click on "Confirm Order." You are done!

 Payment Methods   (top) only accepts Mastercard and Visa. Wholesalers can pay by credit card or use the special payment terms assigned by Retails customers can only pay by a credit card.

 Sales Tax   (top)

By law we are required to apply sales tax to all orders shipped in New York state. There is no sales tax for other states. 

 Order Confirmation Emails   (top)

Immediately after you have placed a successful order an order confirmation email is sent to you with your order details and account informaiton. This a proof of receipt of your order. You can view this recepit at any time on by logging in to your account.

 Canceling and modifying orders   (top)

You can make changes to your order by viewing you shopping cart. Once you have confirmed the order you can not make any changes to that order. At this point please call 800-952-4634 (9am - 5 pm EST) to verify any possibilities of making changes.

Once your order is in "Processed" status, we are unable to change it. You can return the items for a full refund.

 Problems with checkout   (top)

Most problems with checkout occur when you enter wrong information. During such time, you will prompted about the error. Simply go back and enter the correct information.

You will get an error if your credit card is denied by the bank for any reason. You order will not be processed successfully and no charge will be made to your credit card.

If you encounter any other problems after you have entered payment information, please contact Customer Service at 800-952-4634 (9 am - 5 pm EST). We will try our best to solve the problem.

Orders placed between Monday-Friday are processed on the same business day or the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday or Tuesday.

 International Shipping    (top) ships internationally. All international orders must be placed by phone. Please call 1-800-952-4634 or 1-718-268-7347 to order. 

 Free Shipping   (top)

All orders over $100 receive free UPS Ground shipping. Alternatively, you can select faster methods of shipping for the regular price.

 Returns & Exchanges   (top)

Customer satisfaction is our goal. We gladly accept returns on products used or unused. If for some reason you are not satisfied with Bindi products (we highly doubt that!), you can return the products within 20 days from the date of your invoice for a full refund. No questions asked.

No refunds or exchanges will be given on books, videos, and trial size products. 

We do not refund the original shipping and handling cost for your package.

To return a product,

  •  place it in the original packaging.
  •  make a copy of the original invoice and mark the items you are returning.
  •  Write the reason for the return. You are done.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, call Customer Service (800-952-4634, 9am-5pm EST)

For damaged goods/wrong goods sent:

Merchandise to be returned for an exchange within 20 days from the date of invoice and we do not accept returns of bindi skin care travel kits and trial size products. Bindi will pay for the return shipping by sending a UPS call tag for the damaged products and for the wrong goods sent only. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-952-4634 to arrange for an exchange.


 Order Status & History   (top)

You can track the status of your order online at Use the My Account link to log in and view the status of your most recent order and order history. You will find the UPS tracking summary of your package in this section.

If your order status is "Placed" then it has not been shipped yet.
If your order status is "Processed" then your order is in the warehouse ready to be shipped.

 Registration and Sign In   (top)

Registration is easy. All you have to do is provide your name, userid, email address, and password. You can enter shipping and billing information at your convenience. Once you are registered, you can manage your account, check order status and history, and add products to your Wishlist to access the next time you visit

Once you sign in, you have access to your account and Wishlist. You can then change any information on your account or place orders.

If you wish to register as a wholesale customer then you will have fill in the Wholesale Account Request and await our approval.

 My Wishlist   (top)

This is a very useful feature that lets you save your favorite products for later purchases. If you purchase certain items frequently then you can add them to your Wishlist. You can then access these products later by logging in to your account. This will save you time you spend looking for a particular product.

To add a product to you Wishlist, click on the "Add to my List" link.

To remove products from you Wishlist, use the "Click here to REMOVE products from your list" link. Select the products you want to delete and click "delete selected" button.

 Changing your Information/Password     (top)

To change your account information, log in using My Account link and click on Review my Details link. Enter the information you want to change and update.

 How to get a wholesale account    (top) now offers wholesale ordering online. It is as simple as placing any other order.
To open a wholesale account, please fill in the Wholesale Account Request form. Please read the requirements in the wholesale information page.

 How to place a wholesale order    (top)

You must log in before you add any products to your shopping cart. If you miss this step you will not be able to view the wholesale prices.

Once you have logged in, simply follow the steps described in the retail ordering information.

Your first order is always a credit card order. After that you will have to call Bindi customer service for other terms like Net 30, Net 60 etc.

 Wholesale Order Shipping   (top)

There is no free shipping for any wholesale order unless otherwise specified.

Wholesale shipping prices are automatically calculated based on the weight of your package and destination. There is no fixed rate shipping. You can select from UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air.

If your order is less than $75, you will be charged a $10 handling charge excluding the actual shipping cost. 

The delivery schedule is the same as retail orders.
